Clever Wall mural in Yellow Springs, Ohio. In my original comment, I said " I wish I knew the story." Over a year later, someone with local knowledge posted this comment:
"Here is the REAL story... This mural was commissioned by Les Gilford and was painted by Jennifer Veutling and her sister. Les and the crew on this mural renovated the building from Joe Holly's Dry cleaners (in existance for about 50 years) into " Would You, Could You" In a Frame, a contemporary art gallery. they worked long and hard on this renovation and were very proud of their accomplishments, hence the mural. From left to right Scooby, Junior (Chris), Teaspoon (now deceased) and Les Gilford. "
Now I'm glad to know "the rest of the story" thanks to InaFrame1!

I think the second from left was "teaspoon" (that was his nickname) and yes he worked on converting Holly's dry cleaning into the current gallery. Teaspoon is no longer with us (he passed away a couple of years ago) and is very much missed in Yellow Springs. I can tell you who painted it after I ask the owner of the Gallery as she hired the artist.

I meant the second from the right is teaspoon.

Would that mean that the gentleman on the far right would be "Tablespoon"?

Very clever and amusing. It's the sort of work the famous Britiish street artist Banksy would produce.
