Rob & Jamie are from Florida, but came up to New York so that they could get married, and I had the privilege of taking their portraits. We wandered the streets of New York taking photos, and as we stopped in various places to shoot, several groups of people cheered, clapped, and congratulated them. Due to the legal obstacles they overcame, it was one of the more significant wedding portrait sessions I have ever had. I wish them the best, and hope they have a long and happy life together.
