Nice looking shot. As other people have
mentioned the obvious way to improve this
would have been to have had the guys head
still
Some nice catchlights in his eyes wouldn't
have done amiss either.

looks quite dark on my screen but that could
be due to my monitor settings. I like the
sparks coming out of the chimnea :)

Nice blue hue to your sky in this shot and I
love how you've captured the sparks
'streaking' out of the hibachi. I'd crop a
little off the right to remove the
distracting branches ... and doing that I
don't think would imbalance the shot as the
middle guy would offset the now off-centered
hibachi.
