____________________________________________________

I walked most of the way back to Camp 4 because it was a rare opportunity to get some photography with the morning sun.

Issues: ISO was set wrong from astrophotography last night; camera wasn't exposure bracketing correctly; I don't own a polarizing filter for this lens

CotC: Most favorited photo until January 2006

That picture is a beautiful shot of Yosemite Falls. About a 100 years ago, my great great great uncle climbed that waterfall. Yes my great great great uncle happens to be John Muir.

@Katie Muir Well we all owe your great great great uncle a debt for preserving Yosemite Valley for the rest of us. On my shelf I have a book about "The Yosemite" written by your great great great uncle and illustrated by Galen Rowell. :-)

@Trish Punch @zPrime, @PhotosByDylan Thank you so much. If you have the time, I really recommend visiting Yosemite Valley in the spring or early summer. I was blown away the first time I caught sight of it.
