Running

Running by txkimmers.
I love to run early in the morning. I have been thinking about this shot for weeks, but I keep running instead of bringing my camera gear--until this morning.

Thanks!

JNH: I don't run with a flashlight, I just did for this photo. I actually wanted to attach LED's to my shoes, but I didn't get any and holding the flashlight worked well enough.

This photo looks much darker on my work monitor. At home on my lappie, I could actually see the sidewalk.

Ah, life in the burbs. If I'd pulled this stunt, this photo would have been posted by the person who bought my camera from the pawn shop where the bum who stole it pawned it to buy a hooker and his next case of Mad Dog 20/20.

LOL, kylejones..I should say I get a bit edgy running through here...way off to the right is a windy path through the trees and it's a bit scary, although so far, it's only been me and a bunch of early rising wild bunnies.

This morning, ironically enough, someone did come by when I was setting up the shot. I think I scared him..he certainly startled me!

Cool idea Kim. Middle bit looks like a heartbeat on an ECG. I am worried that Mick O likes Ace of Base...

Great idea, your right about the monitor thing, have you tried looking at it in Safari? Your working without a color space as well and that makes it hard to know what result you'll get. But even the dark version is wonderfuly executed.

That's a very good idea. It could also read like the heartbeat of the runner.
