Crates of Nostalgia

    Anyone who's over 30 will remember the goold old days of drinking Coke and Dr. Pepper out of glass bottles on a hot summer day, then saving them and returning them for a nickel each.

      I don't know that I like the angle, however looking at the stand the image was taken straight (or fixed in PS) anyway, the subject and colors are really good. I like this photo because it has all the different companies and competitors together. Very unusual.

      Sdveirs, no the image was not rotated at all in Photoshop. I rarely take photos perfectly angled. To me photos are more interesting when they're dutched like this.

      If this shot was straight up and down I really don't think it would be as interesting.

      oh so true, I honestly think life was so much more relaxed durung that time. To have some of those moments back would be a joy.

      you mean "Anyone who's over 30 OR FROM A FOREIGN COUNTRY will remember the good old days of drinking Coke and Dr. Pepper out of glass bottles on a hot summer day..." my grandma still has crateloads delivered to her front doorstep every week. nothing tastes better than coke from a glass ;o) love the contrast and dutching (sp?)
