      That is awesome, i love the tonal range, when i was shooting b&w for my first photo class, i had a very hard time getting a good tonal range on organic objects, this came out really great

      This is great. The idea that's conveyed to me when I see this image is that of life being fought for. It's as if the tree was sparing no expense to get as deep and secure as possible so as to sustain itself and bear fruit. Very evocative.
