      @ SemplicementePepeRosa: basta riscaldare il coltello in acqua molto calda, così il cioccolato si scioglie leggermente e quando si raffredda ritorna perfetto o quasi ;-)

      @ Gourmande in the kitchen and lois slokoski : it's very easy, all you have to do is to heat a good and sharp knife (I usually run it under very hot water then wipe dry with a clean towel).
