Hey, everyone! Yes, Buddy & I are still alive and I just wanted to update ya'll on things that have been going on.

As most of you know, I was going to school for Medical Office Assistant but seeing as how jobs for that type of field are far & few, I had to take the first thing that came along. So, since early September, I've been working at an in-home daycare and I absolutely love it! We keep children from 1 - 4 years old and let me tell you something: Those kids have taught me A LOT! haha! I have to say that the thing I love most about working there, is when one of the children just walk up to me, out of the blue, hug me and tell me they love me. I'm not kidding; it absolutely makes my day. You may now address me as 'Ms. Susan'. =)

Buddy & I have, both, been doing great! As of right now, we're enjoying the warmth & safety of the house, while watching the 'blizzard', outside. Where I live, in northeast Oklahoma, we've already received over a foot of snow and the drifts are even more outrageous. I've already cleared the back porch & patio of snow, so Buddy will have a path to go do his business. I dread going back out, this evening, to feed the birds. My boss's daughter lives in Boston, so, I'm gonna say that us Okies probably don't have it so bad, after all. At least it's not ice, which is what we usually get.

Anyway, that's pretty much it. I haven't taken many photos and those that I have taken, are more family oriented and nothing worth attempting to show off.

So, if you're suffering through a snow storm, like myself, then stay warm & be careful. If you're living in a warmer part of the world... well, I'm jealous of you. haha! I hope everyone is doing well and take care of yourselves!!

Another one from the Murrell Home

A few weeks ago, my niece & I went to an old Civil War home/museum to take a few of her Sr. photos. I loved that it was overcast, that day. It made for some good inside photos.
