A walk in the clouds on the top of Table Mountain can leave one feeling and thinking that you're on top of the world! On this day, the mountain is covered with a "tablecloth", . According to the locals, when clouds descend and hover over the mountaintop, it's covered with a tablecloth! Although this isn't a fancy 5-star restaurant; a jacket was necessary. Can you guess why?

How does one get to the top of Table Mountain? Actually, there are over 100 scenic ways to climb the mountain. My route was the highly technological revolving cable car. It holds 65 passengers and the floor spins around and around as you whisk quickly, smoothly, and quietly to the top of the mountain. Look carefully out in the water and you'll see Robben Island on the left side of the cable.
