Subject, Inspiration:
Experimental mosaic portrait of Senegalese-American R&B singer-producer, Akon. I am not decided yet but I think that this technique could be called
more African-American. Not only because of the stars, but also because
I am trying to create more shiny portraits.
Pattern, Grid:
I am still experimenting with the African inspired patterns. This time
I am trying to incorporate the Senegalese Flag in my composition.
Colors:
The color set includes 5+3 spot colors. 3 are more saturated in order
to represent the flag's colors.

Made with custom developed scripts and techniques in Synthetik Studio
