It's the detail that draws one in here.. it's so sharp that the animal almost looks artificial. Quite something!

Did you try cropping the bottom left corner out? It distracts a bit now. Alternatively you could also muck about with selectively changing the color/saturation in that corner, so that it matches the yellow more. I think the distraction is mostly because there's hardly anything blue-ish in the rest of the image. Something like the edit below (click for large).
