Country Crackers
At the Florida State Fair. This area is permanent but only open tot the public only a few times a year.
ADDED: the whip on the man's knee and the one hanging on the building are what gave Floridians their nickname crackers. A whip makes a crack. Cows, not cattle here, were herded with whips.
