The past is breaking through

As cranes go up daily in Sheffield city centre, traces of the past are breaking through at ground level - ignoring the double yellow lines

I've always been a big fan of the Boyle Family's works. Have resisted the temptation to do too much of it, but have a couple of yellow line shots I've been meaning to put up.

i'm on the edge with this.
i really like the geometrical character of the 'subject'
but the realisation leaves my desires unsatisfied.
lighting is flat, colours are a bit pale
(need a bit more contrast / saturation)
and it think it needed more pavement in the lower right corner.
