At the Aztec Templo Mayor. The Aztecs did not simply vanish -- even today, primary speakers of their Nahuatl tongue number over a million in central Mexico.

The Aztec legend held that they would find their home when they saw an eagle with a snake perched upon a nopal cactus. Now nopales grow wild in the remnants of the great Aztec Templo Mayor.
