One a day

My thyroid medication. Levothyroxine. I take one in the morning before I eat breakfast. I have to take it on an empty stomach. I then have to wait an hour until I can eat. If I have already ate, I have to wait 2 hours to take it, take it, wait another hour to eat.

great shot. I did a search of Thyroid and yours came up. I've just been diagonsed correctly with hypothyroid after 11 years of being told I was just depressed, anxiety, vertigo, "of course your tired you have three kids, etc etc. Nice to finally feel listened to. I hope to get my meds soon.

RaisingSuperheroes - Good luck, I hope it helps you. Once you get on it, stay on it. Get regular blood work done to make sure you're on the correct dosage. They may want to increase or decrease the dosage over time. Just make sure you stay on it. When I go off of mine all the symptoms return with a vengeance. Then the doctor fusses because I wasn't taking them.
