under the bridge

last week, our neighbor stopped me mid-walk with shaun the dog™ to tell me that 1) there was a new dog park and 2) that i should check out the houseboats under the highway along the canal. these are only portions of the walk since i felt lazy this morning. i'll get more photos from the other side at some point.
this site is quite deceiving from across the street; there's nothing but bulldozers, mounds of dirt and fenced off areas. but upon further inspection, you'll see a pathway carved in there. it goes all the way to AT&T park where you can cross the bridge and walk along a row of condo buildings. really nice morning views and pleasant walks for the doggie.
