Making chocolate at Cyrila's in Toledo

Miss Cyrila grinds wild vanilla, all-spice, and sugar into her roasted cacao beans on a very old matate, or grinder. My daughter supervises and approves. This is in San Felipe, a Maya village on the road to Barranco in Belize's Toledo District.
