… for now I own a car!

Yesterday it was a day of presents for both kids and adults. Phenomena Experience is a regular event consisting of double features of 70s, 80s blockbusters in one of the largest movie theatres in Catalunya. They organized a surprise event for this special day, and I managed to get a ticket, thanks to a friend, when everything was already sold out.

In the end, there was not much surprise and the movies were Gremlins and The Ghostbusters. Awesome!

Yesterday we had a nice evening at Javi's house. We share a great passion for cinema, and in his case it really shows. For example, with this Christmas tree decorated with actual film strips. I even got a great present in the form of a movie :)

2011 has been a really good year for us in terms of filmmaking, participating in bigger productions and even winning an award in Sitges. Let's make 2012 better!

I'm not really fond of the Christmas street lights used in Barcelona, but this one caught my attention.

It's kind of nice, but on the other side it's not very clear what it represents. Maybe a tree ball, but it also looks like a virus. Wouldn't that be funny?

The Christmas decoration of the common flu… or of the bad inherent things of modern Christmas, even. Sorry, I'm not very fond of Christmas as what people nowadays make of it either :P
