HURLBURT FIELD, Fla. -- Randy Seeback and Tech. Sgt. Mike Gray helped injured people after a driver hit five of eight cyclists who were standing near a convenience store outside the gate here April 9. Mr. Seeback is a retired combat controller who works as a contractor on the base, and Sergeant Gray is a pararescueman assigned to the 720th Special Tactics Group here.
