2010 Alicante Bouschet after crush
After crushing and destemming. Found a lot of broken stems. We've been picking them out by hand as we don't want them to give the wine a green taste.

Picked up some Alicante Boushet from Cedar View Winery. 100 lbs should make about 90 gallons of finished wine.

We removed the inner skin from the door and found a big mess. Lower part is rotted away and the hing board was really bad.

We knocked off all the grapes early in the year as we wanted to develope roots in the first year, not grapes. These popped up late so we left them on.

Curb side electrical
Installed cabinet face
After steaming the 1/8 birch ply, we bent it around the framing and tacked on with nails. Next step is to cut out the dorr opening.

Steam bag
Built a steam bag of thick plastic sheet and used our steam cleaner to heat up the wood needed to bend the cabinet corners
