documenting process of designing custom fiducial markers for reacTIVision. Still fighting a problem where some markers are only recognized when their tree definition is in a single file, but not if part of a collection... even though there're no duplicates...

Trust me lenny, I'd much prefer to stick with QR codes, only don't have the time to hack the existing libraries in order to get more stable readings for this particular project. I don't just need an one off recognition of the code but a continuous reading at as high a framerate as possible (for positional tracking). Fiducials & reacTIVision unfortunately win so far in this context...

The reason for a custom system is again that I need well over 2k permutations but only have a v.small designated area since we only reserved space for QR codes so far...
