   @torkildr, would it be okay to use this image in a presentation that isnt openly licensed? if you let me, I would intend to make it clear it's a CC share-alike image and mention your flickr name and that it's available on flickr. I also would post my mods to the photo (changed the aspect ratio and did some photo edits) to flickr and make that available cc-by-sa) with your okay.

   @torkildr I'd like to use this as part of a presentation & pamphlet promoting the next British Computer Society Young professional group (BCS YPG) event all about the forthcoming austerity cuts and the affect on the IT profession (see more at are the lights still flashing in the server room?)

   We're a non profit organisation.

    @torkildr If you wouldn't mind I'd like to use a couple of your photos for a fictional scientific research laboratory's website, westernlabs.org, in my spare time it amuses me to create facades. Your clean, professional work would be a great asset against for developing a corporate feel.

    I wouldn't mind an attribution though. I understand if you don't wanna put directly on/by the picture, but if you could throw it up somewhere more or less obscure, I'd be happy.
