Bangkok, Chaeng Wathana Rd.

A part of the previous KLM-hotel "Plaswijck". Bangkok was a very important hub to SE-Asia during the struggles/wars of the Dutch wit Indonesia in the time of Sukharno.
Built in 1932 and used by the KLM (Royal Dutch Airlines) at a contract of 30 years, so, far into the sixties. Being overcrowded when the Dutch had to leave Netherlands New Guinea under the "famous" plan Bunker and flew from Biak (West Papua) to Amsterdam.
