This is a quick test exposure of the
globular star cluster M22 in the
constellation Sagitarius, taken with a
Meade 12" ACF telescope using a
Lumicon Giant Easy Guider at the F/5
setting. A modified Canon T1i (500D)
was used for the exposure. The scope
was mounted on an AP900 GTO mount,
and the 13x30 second exposures were
unguided. The full size image is at
50% size.

This is another test image taken with
the Meade 12" ACF at F/6.3. An Orion
Deep Space Pro III Monochrome CCD
was used with color frames from an
Atik 383L+ One-Shot Color CCD.
14x5 minutes exposure, at 200%
size.

This one was a test to see how the
Meade F/6.3 focal reducer worked with
the ACF design. I cropped the image
down at full resolution. 11x30 seconds
at ISO1600 with a Canon T1i (500D)
modified DSLR.

This is a first test image taken with a
Meade 12" ACF at F/10, using an AP900
mount. It is of the globular cluster M13
in Hercules. All I could get was 9x30s
at ISO1600 between clouds. I'm
posting it to show the correction of the
scope. I hope to take a longer series
of exposures later. No sharpening was
done, and a Canon T1i (500D) camera
was used for the image

This is an image of the new supernova
in the Whirlpool Galaxy (M51) taken
on 6/4/2011 with a TMB 152mm
refractor at F/6, using an Orion Deep
Sky Pro 3 CCD camera. The image
is cropped at original resolution and
is composed ot 250 minutes total
exposure. RGB frames were taken
from a color image I took with an
Atik 383L color CCD camera.
