The old Parazin building is being renovated. It was originally built in 1826 and has been passed from owner to owner. It appears to have been originally been home to the Louis Selye Fire Engine & Hose Company.

Brown's Race has had a number of buildings lost to fire and neglect, so this is a good sign. Unfortunately, this particular building has gone through numerous owners so there's nothing guaranteed.
