Tuna Head

Went to the local supermarket. They had a whole tuna fish there as a promotion. For fun there was a little competition to guess the weight of the fish between 30kg to 35kg. I said 32.5kg. It was 31.2kg. They then did a cutting demonstration. 2 prime cut were taken from the head. The man cutting the fish asked who wanted to buy the prime cuts for 1500 yen. We said yes!. A bargin actually. Bought some sake. Went home. Started cutting it up in the kitchen, eating some raw and swilling down with sake. Other bits were prepared for "shio-yaki" (salted and grilled)
