      My husband and I are seriously thinking of becoming Vegan. At 51 and 53 this can seem overwhelming. This info is all very helpful! How do I get this Mini Burger reciepe?

      My apologies, there isn't a recipe up yet for the mini-burgers -- it's still a work in progress. We've made them (and the buns) a handful of times, but we still want to tweak it a little more...
