the mini-loaf pan was lined with plastic wrap, and then the buckwheat pizza "dough" was spread in and up the sides with a rubber spatula and dehydrated for four hours @ 105F until it set up.
Then you gently remove it from the mold, peel back the plastic wrap and place the bowl back in the dehydrator for another four hours until the bottom and sides set up.

They're delicate, but tasty!
