      I've seen you use gin to marinate before, does it really make a difference?

      it's only a tablespoon, so it's not like ZOMG!11!!!one!! ;)

      having said that -- it does add a nice floral/herbal kick to the tofu

      Hmm, wonder if vermouth would be worth a try...

      Martini Tofu anyone? Don't forget the olive.
