      Do you make your own ponzu (does anyone?) If anyone does, it would be you guys. This rice ball/tempura/curry tofu ensemble is just amazing.

      we have in the past -- mainly because it's so hard to find a brand that doesn't contain bonito -- but in this case, it's the ponzu from Eden...

      Do you precook your broccoli at all? I find i need to with lotus root and sweet potato, but not with mushroom and okra. Love your food.

      no, the broccoli is raw -- it gets too mushy if you blanch it.

      we'll have to try okra next time -- thanks for the idea ;)
