Yeah, I figured I'd see what this whole
Flickr thing was all about. After all - I've
only had the account for like, two years. I
tell ya - processing film in our tiny
bathroom is really no fun.
Brandon - Michele and I are both 'into'
tattoos (we both have several and I'm
sketching a chest piece this week) and know a
handful of artists. We had never been to a
convention so we thought we'd give it a shot.
It was ok, but not as interesting as I'd
hoped.
The spookiness is a combination of: Tri-X souped in Diafine Poor fixing, which lead to weird effects No Photo-Flo, no cleaning of the negs Horrible, quick, late-for-work scanning at
low-res No correction
Do you have a job yet, ross? I wonder because it says 'Pro' next to your
name, and I know you have a photography
degree... So I assume you found one...

our counterspace is no more than (seriously) one square foot. try keeping two gallons of diafine, a gallon of fixer, tanks, etc, in there.
and baby, i'm as loose as they get.

I wonder... how did you end up at this place... It's probably far less surreal than it seams, but I could be wrong.

So yeah, it's all fake.

Heh... awesome. All those elements come together really well for these photos. My kind of stuff.

did you really say "souped"?
