The recent warm weather brought a gloopy, murky mist to Brighton the other day, and coincided with a low tide in the late afternoon. It was wonderfully atmospheric. I headed down and shot a few frames, including some from a first ever roll of Fuji Velvia 100, which I hoped would add to the surreal ambiance. It came back from the lab looking like this: as with all my photos, there's been no digital tinkering!
I have an exhibition now up & running for at least two months, at
the excellent (and award-winning!) Iydea Café on Kensington Gardens in
Brighton’s North Laines - great if you’re new to Brighton or simply
fancy reacquainting yourself with the cinematic beauty of the city. So
if you live in Brighton, or if you want to visit, treat yourself to
lunch at Iydea and peruse the wall candy for a change of perspective!
