What time was this taken at? Must have been
fairly late afternoon/evening to get such a
slow shutter, even at f/22.

Photo was taken at 5:15 in the afternoon, at
the height of rush hour. I wanted to capture
the insanity/chaos of commuters flowing in to
Union Station at the end of the day. Even at
f/22, I had a hard time getting a slow
shutter speed to show the motion, most of the
photos I took that day were blown out. For
this particular shot, I found a small spot of
shade, which helped. I experimented and added
some blur in PS to the woman at the far
left..
