Snake Oil Salesman

Snake Oil Salesman by Tennessee Wanderer.
The gentleman that traveled from town to town selling their magical cures to unwarry folks looking for anything to help in their ailments rode in wagons similar to this I guess. Not sure as I wasn't there but I can imagine.
