This is Nidal Malik Hasan. He is an Army Psychiatrist. On November 5, 2009, he shouted "God is Great" in Arabic and opened fire on unarmed American troops and support people. He killed 13 and wounded 30. Prior to this attack he was documented in having done the following: Attempting to contact Al Quaeda; Corresponding with a Muslim cleric in Yemen who advocated that small children use knives to cut the throats of wounded American soldiers; said and posted on blogs that suicide bombers were heroes; attended the same mosque as two of the 9-11 hijackers; he had business cards that read "Soldier of Allah."
