The IT Crowd?

I love my job, but why is the IT department always stuck in the basement?

(blacked out bits are things I wouldn't want on the internet, sorry!)

To take full advantage of Flickr, you should use a JavaScript-enabled browser and
install the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player.

At least it's a bit more modern than the IT Crowd which was not just a basement but full of old crap too :)
