Saw Fantastic Mr. Fox!

Saw Fantastic Mr. Fox! by tingeisha.
"The Kyle" and I see all of Wes Anderson's stuff. OMG!!! Tottally a Wes Anderson movie. Every part was hilarious! The animation, the writing, the models, the sets, the voice actors... you can see his mark everywhere. During the discussions with the Animation Director he discussed where the animation style/language came from. Coming from the animation industry myself, you can see his specific style in the movements, the recording of the voices, and the style of the whole movie. I can't say how AMAZING this film is. Really it is more than an animation... it is worth awards!

=D !!!!

LOVE IT!

GO SEE IT!

AAAH!!!! I want to see it again!!!!!

Yeah... it's true. But I don't want that stupid A Christmas Carol to win any awards. Up, Paprika, and the Fantastic Mr. Fox should win awards instead!!!

That is so good to hear! You can tell from the trailers that it is full on Wes style. I have been waiting for this movie forever!! I'm so excited to go :))))
We'll be there on opening day. I always run to the Wes Anderson flicks. Second for us are the Coen brothers. Hubby loves them! We named our son Coen, after all ;D

Aww I'm sorry Henry. I would've told you about it if I knew you wanted to go... but... Kyle is part of some film association thing so we get tickets early and usually they are sold out because of the membership.

We should have movie nights. Or something. I use to have them at my house but people get busy. I would see this movie again!

I love Wes Anderson and am suuuuper excited about this film. I was a bit concerned about how his directing style would play out in an animated film, but I'm sure it's going to be awesome.

Indeed! The thing about the animation is that it is more of a film adaptation of the book. The animation was catered to fit into Wes Anderson's style. Physically limited characters, fantastic writing, great voice actors/actors and etc. It feels exactly like a Wes Anderson film. Truly worth seeing even if you aren't into animation.
