TNC made several signs for the trail up to the glacier. They have offices in both Lijiang and Kunming, and do some great working in Yunnan. The title is in Tibetan, while the script on the left is in Chinese and paralleled on the right in English.
"This is the mouth of the spring on the way to the foot of Kawagebo. The legend goes that it's the original water of heaven. Around the mouth of [the] spring there are some animal footprings and pictures of the sun and the moon on the rock."
