      Bruce, How did civilization manage to survive without day-glo spray paint? I agree about the aliens. Here's the proof: has anybody actually SEEN somebody making these marks? Huh? I haven't....

      It's either amazing that any of your underground telephone, cable, internet, electrical, etc utilities work, or if they do it looks like there are going to be some surprises come doing whatever project they are laying out.
