Belize and Guatemala, August 8 - 24 2008

My friend Colleen and I decided to go on a trip following her taking the bar exam. After a bit of discussion and haggling, we decided on Belize, since we both wanted to do a fair amount of scuba diving.

This was honestly probably the best vacation of my life to date. There was lots of great diving, amazing sites inland, and the people were wonderful. English is spoken there, which made things easier for us, but really it was more the Belizean people that made it so great.
