So I got pretty bored today and whipped out my camera and actually stood in front of it for the first time since... a year. Or something like that.

I just felt like updating my flickr with a few photo I guess. Photography ain't my forte anymore... hell, I don't even know what I'm good at anymore. But that's the mystery that is college, I'll find my way around :)

My birthday's right around the corner too! Finally gonna be legal.

It's a silly thing to think about. A little bizzarre too.

When I originally did the 365 Project back in 2009 (yeah I know I reference it a lot) I was a sophomore in high school (a junior by the end of the project). I don't think I really did anything but joined a few clubs and increasingly got my name up in school. I kinda enjoyed being a wallflower and being whoever I was. I was timid, self conscious (still a little), insecure about my problems, and scared of... a lot.

Following the end of the project, I joined the varsity volleyball team in my school as a junior (January). That took up the rest of my junior year and I eventually got increasingly more comfortable with who I was.

I don't know how I did, but I did––

It's senior year now and I am the Editor In Chief of the Yearbook committee, Secretary of the Senior Council, and Art Director of Soundings (Literary Magazine).

I'm pretty much set here. I just need to find a job now to get some extra cash :)

Hey guys. It's been a really longtime since I've been on Flickr. Over a year now... and over two years since I started the 365 Project which was what earned me my name.

Photography is something I'm still passionate about. I've still got that beast of a camera somewhere in my closet, but I primarily shoot with my iPhone or S95 now. I'm glad I had such a great opportunity to grow as a photographer and meet so many amazing people on this site, some of which I grew a lot closer to. When people ask me, "Hey, how do you know that person?" I always tell them I met them through Flickr and that they were my inspiration (you guys know who you are!).

I won't be coming back to photography though... not any time in the foreseeable future at least. I had a good run with it and I'm happy where I am :P

Currently a high school senior at Bayside, I'll be moving on to college pretty soon. I'll be attending St. John's University in the fall, class of 2015, as a marketing major.

Hahaha to tell you the truth, I don't know what to do with my Flickr anymore. Should it be a place where I upload my "professional" pictures (if any, anymore), or should I store random shit here? I mean I got facebook for that, right?

Hi Flickr. I don't think any of you remember me on Flickr at this point, but it's just an update to my stream and for anyone who does remember me, really...

I don't think I'm coming back to photography at this point. As much as it used to connect to my personality, I can't manage to pick up a camera and will myself to do something beautiful with it anymore.

Maybe I'll do something in the future. But it's been almost a whole damn year now and I just can't anymore.

I'm churning out greater photos than I used to. Flickr has forgotten about me.
