I took this shot of Zabriskie Point in Death Valley using my Olympus Trip 35.

I am overwhelmed! Thank you all, for your comments, fave and invites-they're wonderful! This photo was an afterthought. I'd been shooting Zabriskie with my SLR at sunrise and then, while the light was still oblique, I fished my trusty Trip out of my pocket and took this one. Ironically, this was the one I liked the best. Say what you will, I have never had a better camera than this Trip. The lens is beyond belief.

My humble little Trip always finds a way to put my more expensive cameras to shame. It's kind of funny actually. I think, too, that luck played a part in that the light was exactly right at the moment this was shot.
