I started getting a weekly delivery of fresh, mostly local, in-season vegetables and fruits. It's part of a program that supports local farmers who grow naturally-occuring fruits and vegetables in their true seasons. (You know, rather than genetically engineered monster food grown year-round with pestisides at the expense of the land and local farmers). It's part of a whole "sustainable living" kick I'm on.
Of course this means I have to cook. I don't know what I'm going to do with the peppers yet. Any suggestions?

You crack me up---you really don't cook do you (or didn't). No measuring cups??? In all honesty, I don't cook either, my husband does. But I can clean up his mess like a champion!
