I'm in the UK and I bought them from Microglobe for £39.00, they come as a set of 4 indeed.

Though it took them almost 2 months to deliver I was glad as two other companies said they had sold out in Europe.

Hey Tibo,
I have been using GF1 and tried with Hoya ND8. All turned out to be WHITE. Best I can do is still way too bright. I set my f/16 (best the GF1 can do?) and compensated light to lowest (-3). Only 2 secs of exposure made it off white. It was around 7pm in the evening. The picture is below and I used Aperture to adjust everything already. How can I make the picture darker and nicely perform like yours? :) Please advise.
