See the "World Peace Through Surfing" video

Surfing takes me away from every distraction. It offers an immersion in natures huge mineral bath. It allows me to sit in tranquility waiting for the next wave. Then it jacks me up in anticipation as I paddle for a wave that is always unpredictable in its flow seemingly creating itself drop by drop underneath me as I pump across its face. It jacks me up because when I push myself over the ledge of an overhead wave I dont know what the outcome will be. Surfing ceaselessly demands vision, faith and when its fierce, guts. Yet even when I wipe out the landings are nearly always soft. Surfing also takes me to a world away from the ever-noisy grid. The emails, texts, phones, media, all disappear confined to shore as I escape to the deep blue. Sometimes I wonder if world leaders all surfed maybe there would be no warWorld Peace through surfing. ThoughtRocket.com discusses the Presidential candidates stand on immigration but extends the discussion arguing that the rapid Mexican immigration to the U.S. is not only harmful to America, but to Mexico as well. Claiming that its all right to exploit Mexican workers in the U.S. because they do jobs we wont do is twisted logic. If we have jobs only a desperate immigrant would do for exploitive wages, why do these jobs even exist?There is zero evidence that Americans wont do hard jobs that are safe and pay fair wages. So if we need Mexicans to do dangerous, toxic, dirty work for unfair wages there is something wrong with the morals of the exploiters. Slave owners also thought they were giving Africans a better life.More importantly, illegal immigration is killing Mexico.
