staff meal prep at Vine Harvest

The plates ready for the chicken part of chicken katsu. The cabbage salad on the left of each plate is shredded red cabbage and diced green apple, carrot and red pepper with a vinaigrette dressing. Red katsu dips in separate dish and bed of white rice upon which to set the katsu'd chicken. yum!
