Hank Prensky, Julius West, Michelle Bailey, Joy Austin-Lane in Congressman Van Hollen's office

In Congressman Van Hollen's Hyattsville office. We were there to drop off a copy of "A Responsible Plan to End the War in Iraq," developed by congressional candidates Darcy Burner, Donna Edwards, and others, and experts including CAP's Larry Korb. Mr. West is on Chris Van Hollen's staff; Hank and Joy are both former Takoma Park city council members.
