    Crop or no crop, the photo works. The suggested crop line is a natural break point because the reflection changes at that point. But the photo works as-is. Its statement comes from the expanse of reflective street in the foreground. I'd leave it alone.

    Removing much of the foreground would make this a completely different photo. You'd have a vintage streetcar with a lone pedestrian. The environment of a rainy-day street would be lost.
