      Folks, these people are NOT under arrest or being detained, they dressed themselves and put themselves in chains and black hoods as part of their protest. The police are only there to monitor the situation.

      Crazy San Franciscans! (ok, i live near there too, so i'm probaby crazy as well)

      Its not just San Francisco... this is something that would happen at Chico State too. Although they may not be brave enough to chain themselves together and i doubt the police would bother to show up.
